Current Employee Working at Airtable was honestly quite disappointing. While the company offers a lot of attractive benefits, they feel like a way to compensate for the lack of a strong, positive culture. The environment has become somewhat cliquey, especially with the influx of employees from Sprinklr, and it often feels like leadership is out of touch with what Airtable truly stands for.
Internal growth opportunities are virtually nonexistent—instead of promotions, there’s an endless cycle of trainings that don’t seem to lead anywhere. It’s clear the company has missed key opportunities, and now there’s a growing sense that the sales team is being unfairly blamed for the broader failures.
