Current Employee Airtable is a great place to work — reps are genuinely supported, leadership listens, and enablement resources are strong. It’s a company with a solid product and a clear vision, and the culture makes it a place where you can grow and build real skills as a seller.
That said, certain segments — especially SMB — can be tough. The competitive landscape, combined with the complexity and investment required for customers to migrate off older solutions and fully adopt AI and new workflows, often makes deals longer and harder to close. It’s not about effort or talent — even strong reps can find attainment challenging in those spaces.
Overall, if you’re looking for a supportive team, strong product-market fit, and the chance to sell a platform with a lot of potential, Airtable’s a solid place to be — just know that success in some segments takes patience, creativity, and a very consultative approach. Current Employee bad leadership & strategy. Product is good but bad market fit.
