Current Employee I have a great manager and team. There is lots of room for improvement regarding onboarding and product training. The focus is mainly on growing existing accounts and less on new logos so it feels like more of an Account Manager role. You get dinged on churn (it’s subtracted from your sales) so there is a lot of focus on renewals and customer success. Browse Other Reviews
