The RTO has not been enforced for Enterprise Account Managers in my org so the culture has moderately improved in 2025 vs. original expectations. Overall direction is still quite uncertain, though, with many new positions being downleveled, unrealisitic GenAI quotas assigned, and increasing focus on operational (Salesforce) metrics.

Great company pays a lot for a bdr role. If you have current saas experience as an AM but not cloud it is a good way to get in the door
