If you get a leader who is all about him or herself, and leveling themselves up….then you’re just a number and either a way to show they can cut fat or use you to make themselves look good. Culture is toxic and felt like I was always on thin ice there with my leader. Never good enough. If you get on a good team and have a thoughtful leader…..then sky is the limit and you can have a great experience here. It’s a BIG “IF” though….
