We’re proud of the product and the incredible people behind it, but we recognize the concerns you've raised about sales alignment, lead routing, quota structure, and territory logic. As we scale, we’re actively working to improve these systems — including better lead scoring, tighter packaging and pricing strategy, and stronger Salesforce hygiene.
