In FY25, the company struggled mightily on its corporate sales teams with average attainment around 75%. From what I hear, goals have been moderated for FY26 but it’s still hard to blow out your number. Culture is very weak due to struggling business and revolving door of leadership - CRO just left for Braze and CEO just retired.

Recently left Asana, was sad to go but was forced out by leadership. Some amazing people with some extremely immature leaders that lack self awareness and communication skills.
