The change of the sales org is literally the worst thing that is going to happen to Atlassian - at this rate there will be people burning out left and right. Leadership of SDRs are useless (upper management, not lower management) and not open to feedback, will even punish you for giving criticism. Don't recognize difference between US markets and EMEA... should tell you everything you need to know.

Good company and team where it’s achievable to hit number without killing yourself but there’s not a lot of incentives like accelerators for high achievers.
