Current Employee My experience has been mostly positive. There does not seem to be alot of organization, though. Leadership fired the whole enablement team and has leaned on SDRs to pick up the slack, leading to alot of extra work (none rev generating) with absolutely no change in compensation. Additionally, each quarter brings large scale changes to comp structure which is also not given until a month into the quarter (which I find ridiculous).
