Company is doing very exciting things with AI and moving into the service management space. Comp plans are not the most competitive in the market. This will certainly pull off talent.

You’re only ever working with existing accounts and either introducing new products or expanding usage. Sometimes the swim lanes are quite blurry as to who owns what and it feels that there’s probably too many roles within the account team with overlap.
