Success depends on what segment you are in. The Enterprise team had quotas increased and lost a majority of their existing accounts/pipeline to strategic accounts. No one is hitting quota there right now.

The market is very ready for Atlassian new product releases, it product strong however sales processes need to be imrpved

The culture at Atlassian is rapidly changing for the worse. My first year here was good, since then it's steadily gotten worse. Atlassian isn't truly a sales oriented organization, so the sales managers don't seem to be empowered to actually help their reps. This leads to a situation where very little air cover is provided when things get tough.

Atlassian is very immature from a sales perspective. It's quite frankly like the wild west where you hear multiple different opinions from different directions in Leadership. Good pay, good benefits, but the culture is strange when you're letting go of top performers.
