The culture at Atlassian is rapidly changing for the worse. My first year here was good, since then it's steadily gotten worse. Atlassian isn't truly a sales oriented organization, so the sales managers don't seem to be empowered to actually help their reps. This leads to a situation where very little air cover is provided when things get tough.
