Current Employee My Experience with Atlassian was good. The company is really nice and the people who work their create an very comfortable environment. Atlassian has amazing offices and so are their products fantastic.
However, since the last re-org the whole SDR Org was lead by the American management which made the company very very kpi‘s driven. With these decisions the satisfaction rate dropped massively.
Products which counted towards our targets where taken away, although they were in business focus of the AE‘s. Targets raised unexpectedly which lowered the overall attainment rate. Sometime we got our quarterly targets when the first month was already significantly over and all progress which was made till them got adjusted retroperspectively.
Still, it is a very great company, where everybody is welcomed and they really put the work into the employees which helps to grow. I would always come back.
