Overall, fun company to work at with great teammates and leadership. There's lots of sales opportunities so you can qualify hard and there's a chance to have £1m+ years when getting into accelerators.

One of the strongest product market fits out there. As a company, Atlassian truly understand their market and has an uncanny ability to preempt what their customers will need next. Working with Atlassian has been a great experience so far.

Direction over the past 12 months has been awful in the SDR org. Leadership has got to be some of the worst in the business. 20% quota increase quarter over quarter while simultaneously taking away avenues to hit targets

Bolting on AI around an LLM wrapper is not an AI strategy, it's just a smarter Ctrl+F, but far from an autonomous agent.
