The last 3-5 years have been great with lots of opportunity migrating large enterprise companies to the Cloud. It was fast paced, very challenging, but at the same time rewarding. I learned a lot and am very thankful for that. With that said, Atlassian implemented a complete re-org of the GTM business and moral is at an all time low. Compensation structure has been changed reducing earning potential while at the same time massively expanding headcount, which is reducing opportunity. Overall a great company but be weary until the kinks have been worked out with the re-org.

Culture change are quite fast at the moment. The company struggle with the transformation to become an enterprise sales org.

Team culture is great, the best I've worked in, except for executive leadership who recently pushed changes like company-wide salary cuts and mass demotions while gaslighting employees about this being a good thing. They currently also seem to prefer to hire from external big vendors rather than promote internally, I hope this changes.
