Current Employee Leadership at the SDR level leaves much to be desired. It often feels cliquish, with many leaders appearing to have prior working relationships, which unfortunately correlates with subpar leadership practices. Their management style is also characterized by extreme micromanaging, which stifles autonomy and creativity.
Internal mobility seems to prioritize connections over performance, making it extremely difficult to advance. Some top performers have been stuck at the SDR level for years, despite their achievements. This lack of upward mobility is both discouraging and demoralizing. Browse Other Reviews
