Targets have quadrupled since I started. Personal commission rate went from 20% to 5%. Working twice as hard for three times the stress and half the money. Culture is also through the floor.

Team culture is great, the best I've worked in, except for executive leadership who recently pushed changes like company-wide salary cuts and mass demotions while gaslighting employees about this being a good thing. They currently also seem to prefer to hire from external big vendors rather than promote internally, I hope this changes.
