While the company has undergone changes as it matures its GTM motion, and that has created challenges, the leadership is still more reasonable than most, and our customers still love the product.

Atlassian used to be a great place to work Lately with a new CRO and Sales management change it has become almost impossible to reach target + pipegen target are delusional. Currently teams are being put in PIP/Coaching plans, targets increase 100% half over half Would not recommend at this time

Great place to work. Quoting and sales operations are very difficult and frustrating. A lot of recent changes have made it harder to achieve quota moving forward.
