Current Employee My current experience at Atlassian is mixed.
Targets continue to rise while territories keep getting smaller and more salespeople are hired.
Whether you succeed often comes down to how lucky you are with your territory, and if you end up with a bad one, leadership doesn’t really recognize the effort you put in.
Compensation plans have even changed mid year, which makes things unpredictable.
The quoting process is a constant headache,
sometimes taking weeks and often full of mistakes, which frustrates customers and makes closing deals harder.
On the positive side, colleagues in sales are fantastic to work with, even though leadership is increasingly external and the culture is shifting. Browse Other Reviews
