Current Employee Atlassian is raising the bar on what good sales performance looks like as it pivots from PLG to SLG, particularly over the past two years. This comes with growing pains and turnover, and tougher to hit quotas than in the past, but comp plans are still attackable. Many reps surpass OTE without hitting 100% quota through spiffs. Most impactful is Atlassian has a strong AI story going forward that should help fuel growth.
