Atlassian used to be a great company to work for. Now, the people who made it great and were good at their jobs have left. This leaves behind the people who bring down the culture, and are below average at their job but somehow get promoted into open leadership positions.

The last 3-5 years have been great with lots of opportunity migrating large enterprise companies to the Cloud. It was fast paced, very challenging, but at the same time rewarding.
