If you can find a great leader you will enjoy the experience for a period of time. Some development options for IC's but it's not a lead from the front attitude by the entire company. The focus seems to be on cost out of the business with a drive of resources to overuse. Lack of investment in regions outside the USA and India is a factor in remote regions.
