Inbound opportunities dried up ~2 years ago. Company pivoted to outbound but kept the same quotas/comp, leaving most reps far from OTE. Hardly anyone hits quota. On top of that, they switched to a low-value health insurance provider, with costs structured so the only real option is a high-deductible plan.

Enterprise sales is lead like IBM in the 1980s versus the rest of the company. We have 3 different softwares to forecast sales and don't use one to its complete ability. We still send our numbers to our leaders weekly via Slack/email.
