Culture is terrible, leadership gives zero transparency. The DSOM organization is in shambles, avoid this company like the plague.

Horrible. Poor product market fit and meager leadership. Base pay bad and chance of hitting quota and ote near impossible. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t be lured into drinking the koolade here. Lots of other decent DBA workflow or itsm companies out there.
