Current Employee I've been at BambooHR since 2023 and I'm still happy here but not thrilled about recent changes. I'm an Inbound AE and never made cold calls which is awesome. My manager is stellar. I feel like leadership gives me what I need in order to close deals. Some of the recent changes good and help me make more money (increased base salary, increased commission %, more spiffs/incentives) while others are bureaucratic and create more hassle. Quota attainment has been concerningly low for the past year (probably less than 30% for all AEs). Leadership is cracking down more on reps who are underperforming even though it feels like leadership isn't doing much to support them. Not a big fan of our new CRO Jonathan Leaf because he's changing a lot of the things that made BambooHR a unique sales org but can't say that he hasn't done any good in the org. My biggest complaint is that leadership has made it harder to promote as an AE. That said, I'm planning to stick around at BambooHR but would be open to better opportunities if they presented themselves
