Former Employee A great company to work on the whole, company culture and ethos wasn't overbearing and often gave employees to time turn things around particularly through difficult periods. However there was significant misalignment in terms of target expectations and market fit/ relevance. The compensation plans at BDR level did not incentivise reps to go beyond as they were inherently capped. With consistent restructures (yearly), this made team continuity a big challenge as well, often leading to eventual conflict with leadership.
