Poor company to work for. Leadership does not want upward mobility. Spent the majority of my time fixes issues with the software itself. Claimed that the roles was client facing when in fact it was not. Terrible.

Terrific culture and leadership on a personal level. A bit lacking in overall market awareness and business development/lead flow but making progress. Product offers little that stands out in a very competitive industry but still more than sellable.
