Benefitfocus is restructuring their sales team. They just completely eliminated the SDR position for the new business team and changed the role of the sales reps selling into the existing customer base to a hybrid sales/customer success role.

Poor company to work for. Leadership does not want upward mobility. Spent the majority of my time fixes issues with the software itself. Claimed that the roles was client facing when in fact it was not. Terrible.
