Former Employee *DO NOT WORK HERE*
While BT showed promise when I first joined, the organization has significantly deteriorated over time. I would strongly advise against pursuing an entry-level SDR or BDR position here. The XDR organization, especially within the U.S., is plagued by disarray, a lack of strategic direction, and ineffective leadership. Poor management practices and a toxic operational culture have made it increasingly difficult for employees to succeed or develop professionally. Look literally anywhere else for employment.
