Current Employee Working at BILL has been a great experience so far. Quota feels very attainable, especially since the new segmentation has put more focus on a sales-led motion that’s driving in a lot of new opportunities. Leadership genuinely listens to their reps, and I feel well-supported with resources, coaching, and guidance to succeed.
There’s also a ton of opportunity to make money here, BILL is investing heavily into the platform, which is only going to make it more competitive in the market. The future looks really strong, and it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s building momentum and setting reps up for long-term success.
