Great product. The spend and Expense side is newer and leadership is very unexperienced. Training is of the absent and you feel like you’re on your own. Company overall is great and heading in a good direction.

Everything has gone downhill since our CCO joined about a year and a half ago. Got rid of presidents club, lack of communication , company morale is down.

My experience with BILL has been rough. In 6 years of being in sales I have never experienced a kind of leadership that doesn't lead.

Really enjoyed the team, great people and leadership on the CSM side. Quite a bit of whiplash when it comes to the comp plan. A lot of changes that made it feel like the earning potential became less and less.
