Current Employee There have been major layoffs throughout the company, including dozens of sales reps, many of whom had been here less than six months. Leadership claimed it was performance related, but several people who were let go weren’t on any plans and were actually performing better than others who stayed. Executive turnover is constant, and each new leader tears out existing processes and starts from scratch. Teams are constantly being retrained, customers are frustrated, and people are on edge.
The executive culture is extremely toxic, with constant gaslighting and blame shifting. Our systems barely connect with each other, time and materials work often costs more than the subscription itself, and new logo sales are almost nonexistent. The organization feels like it’s sinking, and the people who weren’t laid off are already looking for the exits. Browse Other Reviews
