A lot of instability for a company that has been around for a long time. Managers can be very hit or miss. They also don't allow reps to touch or sandbox any of the tools. The software is hidden behind a black curtain only the SCs are allowed to touch, which makes learning the tools harder and information gets siloed and politicized.

Culture has drastically deteriorated. Most are miserable. Leadership is entirely apathetic. Recommendation to anyone considering leaving there current employer: Don’t. The base salary may seem good, but, very few make any commissions.
