Commission plan is great for the very small percentage of reps actually hitting quota - unfortunately, the technology struggles, implementation costs are absurb compared to value of the solution, and the top reps get to cherry pick accounts which makes it very very difficult for newer sellers to find success. Coaching is non-existant and management doesn't seem to care about much outside of activity metrics.

The company is going through significant amounts of change and maturing as an organization. So, there are stressful moments due to the impacts from leadership and restructuring changes. Overall my experience has not been terrible, but it also has not been exceptional.

Terrible. A waste of mine and many other sales pros time who joined in good faith during a hiring blitz in early 2025. Fear based based sales org that focuses on mastering disorganization rather than removing road blocks.
