SMB org is a joke. Terrible leadership with no internal structure to develop their reps. Basically no one is hitting their quota except for a few reps. Fear based culture and morale is very low, even if you're hitting your quota. Toxic environment, highly recommend to look elsewhere.

My overall experience was poor. Your success and general happiness in the role is almost entirely determined by your book of business and manager. Maybe 2-5 reps in the entire segment have both a good manager and good book of business.
