Current Employee4.1Dec 27, 2024Lead gen org (SDR and OBR positions) is great at Box. Easy enough to hit and pass quota and they make sure you know the product well. AE's and managers are generally very supportive and easy to work with. Culture is top top tier. For SMB AEs, no one is hitting quota. Maybe 2 or 3 reps on the east team (out of 20+ reps) hit. They are trying to make changes this year...Read More
