The platform itself isn't bad.. the leadership, culture and people on the other hand are terrible. For a company that has been around for 17+ years, it sure doesn't seem like it.

The GTM org at this company was really going downhill due to an extremely toxic, overbearing, narcissistic, alcoholic of a CRO, who thought acting like a leader meant acting like a bully.
