Cloudflare is a company that is still trying to figure out how to consistently drive and enable Enterprise business alongside its existing "freemium" model. The company's competitive advantage is significant; however, it is difficult for Enterprise sellers to actualize this. There is a significant bimodal attainment distribution issue, with most sellers being under 50% and another group of longtime sellers overachieving. Fairly few in the middle range of attainment.

I truly believe this company has potential to achieve higher goals (Strategic and Financial) however leadership need to tighten processes and provide better coaching to IC and Managers. They also need to strengthen partner ecosystem
