One of the best cultures in individual teams, especially individuals with tenure above 2 years. Since the management change a bit rough on the VP/C-level. Salary was never supposed to be top-notch, but got better over the years for new hires - not for existing staff, though.

Absolute dumpster fire of a sales org with no accountability from leadership just finger pointing at reps. Literally no one knows how the products are priced and you are always competing against the self-serve plans, which are very robust. Cloudflare has a great product with a lot of support from the users that are on the platform. This was a result of their PAYGO offerings, but unfortunately comes at the expense in Mid-Market trying to get prospects to commit to enterprise plans. Good luck to whoever ends up stuck selling to customers below 1000 employees.
