Good product, great potential, supportive team members . Culture is good within pockets if you are lucky , which I was, however in a few teams it can be quite the opposite . Sales teams are under pressure and mostly fighting alone - support from other functions is there of course and good support however regional leadership is quite flaky ( accounts rotated quite often) and encourages “in circle” team members. Overall a very nice company as most issues were related to individual than the company.

Leadership has no focus, every department has different goals, and none of them align for an overarching goal. Culture used to be great, but has slowly disintegrated. Extremely short ramp period for such a complex product makes thing cutthroat. Training could use a lot of work to better prepare you for your short ramp.
