Committed people with a focus on a customer looking for leadership and customer engagement. Lifestyle sales cultures that are often established by founders because they don’t understand sales process is difficult to break. Sacred cows exist in all org. Leadership is responsible for breaking entitlements and focus on accountability. Visible leadership is required.

Quotas set too high, especially in the central region on the country where the deal sizes were significantly smaller. Executive leadership is always a revolving door.

Sales is subject to unfair quotas, poor trainings, and a very toxic workplace culture. We haven’t even been provisioned access to basic tools like Gong, and have no way to reflect on past calls with customers. The compensation is excellent, but everything else is immature and sub par.
