Former Employee The public sector arm of the company is clueless, specifically SLED. They have a problem with the data in their CRM (duplicate accounts, no clear delineation between SMB/MidMarket/Enterprise), they lack an effective channel partner and marketing strategy, and the leadership team has consistently shown absolutely no interest in developing talent. The core offering (DNS/CDN) is provided for free and beyond a dedicated support contact, there's little to no value in upgrading to an enterprise agreement.
