This is my first AE role and there has been no help whatsoever to train me. Targets are insanely high, supporting functions are completely messed up, management just waits for the next year to maybe fix some stuff. If the job market wasn’t so bad, I would’ve left 9 months ago.

Cloudflare has a great product but have hard a tough time in the Canadian market. Middle managers feel the stress of directors who feel the stress of c level. Ultimately it falls on the reps. MM companies can get majority of what they pay for 50k on enterprise for free on the business plan and the product isn’t ready for enterprise. Not really a recipe for success.
