great product but management ans the sales organization is not existing at all in France, mid market. Channel is not fonctionnal which is key in cyber Very few inbound. Good luck !

Cloudflare isn’t horrible, it’s a tough time in the market. Unfortunately CF treats sales reps as numbers and PIPs/termination is extremely common. Tenured reps have best accounts leaving everyone new to either get lucky or hustle extremely hard for smaller deals. Direct managers are great but leadership above them is awful. Lots of unrealistic expectations.

Great product and platform. However, the Revenue Operations, system, and pricing team are lacking. There is almost no business intelligence to support for the sales team, and very few processes are designed with the success or experience of the customers in mind.

Disasterpiece of an org. Employees are thrown into a sink-or-swim environment without much relevant training. You have 60+ extremely technical products to familiarize yourself with.
