Leadership is going to rip through this org with abrupt, half baked decisions. Losing your top reps isn't 'natural attrition', it's being clueless at retaining top talent. Really frightening times

Company almost entirely promotes from within, and great opportunity for hands on experience. The role is much better in the UK than in the US: the sales direction is entirely influenced by the UK and making the reps there as successful as possible.
