Current Employee The company is behind when it comes to the product. It’s also priced too high for the value customers receive.
Most of the senior leadership have been fired or left within the last year.
There’s very little accountability from senior leadership.
The territory model that has been rolled out has been a disaster, and it’s very clear that if you don’t have an ICO territory, you will struggle to hit quota. The marketing team focus on ICP companies and have even said this in sales meetings which means morale is super low for those who have non ICP.
My advice would be to avoid this company.
