Good exp. Great training and onboarding. Opportunities for promotion available, but not known when available. Leadership not as good in the SDR team as it used to be. Compensation plan has changed where less is in your power to hit target.

Product is in the right direction but salaries need change. I know as an Accountant manager I am under paid there and even management admitted this .
