Current Employee Pretty good. It's not a bad company, the tech is great (aside from the networking limitations). The compensation is above average.
The sales organization is broken. Constant yearly change has disrupted productivity. The relationship between the sales rep and sales engineer is now a "pooled model" where the rep has to make a request for a sales engineer on a case by case basis. Every year I get a new set of accounts, completely disrupting my relationship and understanding of the business and technical needs of the customer.
Since 2022 we had an 8% layoff, our CFO left the company, our Chief Revenue Officer resigned and was not replaced. Our global head of sales was let go and recently replaced by a new Global Head of Sales. He was brought in this year from UI path.
He promptly fired the Head of Sales for North America and varios Regional Directors who had performed well last year leaving a wake of chaos and confusion.
Now our entire company leadership team filed a severance package for themselves with the SEC on February 18th 2025. The CEO, CFO, President and Directors could leave or be protected based on some major pivot, or merger. Browse Other Reviews
