Good company with relaxed WL balance in exchange for being underpaid. Fair trade off if you know what you’re getting into and value flexibility and WL balance over top compensation.

Overall, I think there are many great people at Cotality. The people I work with are the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. The products we sell are in high demand, and there is a strong acceptance of this type of data and technology.
