Coupa has a great product but not the best for companies that are not used to buying software/smaller teams. There are a lot of lower cost solutions that can compete with Coupa for a lot less. Implementation is a hurdle in itself, all of the implementations are done by consulting companies which almost double the cost of the projects for companies. This creates a lot of additional cost that we as sales folks have no control over and don't get compensated on.

My overall experience has been good but Thoma Bravo’s acquisition has created a great deal of turmoil.

Very difficult selling environment. The majority of reps don’t sell anything for 1.5 - 2 years. Maybe 1 in 5 hit quota, but it’s not like the rest are 70-80% of plan. Solid product. Hard to get prioritized.
